主廚精選進口高級牛腩、牛腱及牛筋三種部位,入熱鍋乾煎至兩面上色,然後加入以牛骨、雞骨架熬製的高湯跟大量新鮮蔬果及八角、月桂葉、肉桂、花椒等數十種的辛香料,最後調入主廚秘製黃金比例的醬汁熬煮約四小時,湯頭甘甜不膩、肉質軟嫩,搭配彈牙滑順的蝴蝶麵食用,絕佳組合,美味無限。
